Terms and Conditions
By registering and/or using your Muffin Break card, you consent to these terms and conditions.
The Muffin Break card is issued by Muffin Break Pty Ltd, ACN 007 192 529 (“we””us”).
Membership of the Muffin Break entitles you to claim to one free small sized hot Muffin Break coffee after you have purchased four (4) coffees from any participating Muffin Break store in Australia at full price. You will, however, have to present your Muffin Break card each time you purchase your coffee or claim your free coffee in order for each transaction to be recorded
Your entitlement to free coffee cannot be exchanged for another product neither can it be redeemed for cash.
While every reasonable endeavour will be made to ensure your coffee purchases are recorded and that your free coffees are correctly awarded, we take no responsibility for technical errors associated with crediting your coffee purchases to your Muffin Break card account.
In the case of a lost or stolen card your Muffin Break card cannot be replaced but you can obtain a new card from a participating Muffin Break store and transfer your existing details onto this by logging onto the registered members section of the Muffin Break website and visiting the ‘lost card’ page (www.muffinbreak.com au) page of the Muffin Break section of our web site at www.muffinbreak.com.au where you can provide the relevant details and activate your new Muffin Break card. Cards that are reported as lost or stolen will immediately be cancelled and will no longer be able to be used.
Most Muffin Break stores across Australia will accept the Muffin Break card although from time to time some stores may not, this may include trial stores or software upgrades.
We reserve the right not to accept a Muffin Break card if we reasonably consider that the use is unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.
No fees will be charged by us for the issue, registration, activation or use of the Muffin Break card.
When you become a Muffin Break member you will be issued with a verification number that you will use together with your membership number to logon onto the Muffin Break members website, you will then have the option to select your own password. If you lose or forget your password you should go to the registered members section of the Muffin Break website and on the ‘log in’ page you can select ‘forgotten your password click here’, enter your email address and your password will be sent to your nominated email address.
We reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions of the Muffin Break program at any time by notifying members through email or on the Muffin Break website.
